Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of cleaning services, managing schedules and supplies, and supervising the team to meet client requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and control employee attendance and conduct Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 4:40 PM Saturdays: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (alternating) Job Responsibilities: \- Responsible for ensuring the quality of cleaning services performed; \- Ensure service delivery to designated areas according to required frequency; \- Interface with the client to meet their operational needs and expectations regarding the contracted service; \- Develop cleaning schedules and daily activity checklists; \- Ensure proper handling, storage, distribution, and disposal of cleaning materials; \- Monitor and control employee attendance and conduct; \- Monitor employee performance.
