So, do you fit this purpose? \#VemSerNovakem ! **This professional:** This professional will be based at Novakem's unit in Simões Filho (BA) and will be the main point of contact with our customers, providing technical assistance in additives and supporting the sales team. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Main responsibilities and duties:** Following safety, health, and environmental regulations, provide technical assistance to customers in the use of supplied products and new products; Prepare materials, equipment, and products used in experiments; Perform laboratory and field technical work related to the company's area of operation, including concrete plants and cement factories, carrying out physical tests on concrete, cement, and aggregates by following technical standards and procedures, analyzing results, and issuing reports; Set up experiments (physical tests) using appropriate equipment and materials for use in tests, development research, and technical consulting; Collect samples in laboratories or during field activities related to technical work, perform general physical testing using methods to evaluate comparative product performance, address customer technical requests, and conduct material studies (cement, aggregates, additives); **Requirements and qualifications:** \- Completed Technical Course in Building Construction, Technologist in Civil Construction, or similar; * Knowledge of Excel * Class B Driver's License (CNH B) * Availability for travel **Will be considered a differential if:** * Experience in the ready-mix concrete market, precast industries, infrastructure projects; * Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Competitive market salary.
