Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst with a strong analytical profile, business acumen, and experience in commercial support to work strategically with data and BI. Interface with various internal departments We are looking for a professional with a strong analytical profile, business vision, and experience in commercial support to serve as a **Senior Commercial Analyst** within the SAV team. If you are proficient in data, KPIs, and BI tools—and wish to work strategically alongside commercial leadership—this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct support to the commercial team and sales leadership * Extraction, processing, and analysis of commercial data * Preparation and maintenance of sales reports, KPIs, product placement, returns, and performance metrics * Monitoring of orders, billing, and operational indicators * Interface with internal departments (logistics, finance, planning, trade marketing) * Ensuring accuracy and consistency of information across systems and reports **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Skills:** * SAP * Querying orders, billing, customers, and materials * Extraction of operational and commercial reports * Excel – intermediate to advanced level * Pivot tables * VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / IF / SUMIFS * Processing and organizing large datasets * Power BI – intermediate to advanced level * Creation and maintenance of dashboards * Data modeling * Updating and automating datasets * DAX language * Creation of measures and KPIs * Calculations of variance, trend, targets, and comparisons * Power Query (M) * Data cleaning, transformation, and processing * Integration of multiple sources (Excel, SAP, external databases) **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Analytical and data-driven mindset * Organized with attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, with a sense of urgency and accountability * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent tasks * Business-oriented thinking and solution-focused approach **Preferred Education:** * Administration, Commercial Management, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree **Desirable Differentiators:** * Prior experience in commercial support or sales-related functions * Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies * Familiarity with sell-in, sell-out, distribution, and product placement metrics * Experience in report automation **Additional Information** **Salary:** To be negotiated \+ variable compensation (internal campaigns) **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 22.00 per business day (R$ 1.00 payroll deduction) * Full company-paid fuel allowance **or** transportation voucher via transit card (6% payroll deduction) * Health plan (**Hapvida**) – 50% company-funded, no co-payment, no waiting period * Dental plan (**Bradesco Dental**) – 50% company-funded, no co-payment, no waiting period * Corporate mobile phone * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Other corporate benefits Join a team that dreams as big as you do!
