Performance analysis and process improvement The company is seeking a Business and Process Analyst in Camaçari. **Responsibilities:** Monitor prospecting activities and commercial opportunities. Track visits recorded in the Visits App, ensuring integration with Dynamics CRM. Conduct weekly meetings with technical departments and commercial agents to identify new business opportunities and update negotiation statuses. Enter and update data in the CRM (customers, contacts, opportunities, proposals, and negotiation statuses). Review contractual documents and liaise with NDSI in case of inconsistencies. Validate CRM–BI integration and monitor strategic indicators. Produce periodic reports and performance analyses. Ensure proper use of institutional templates and timely updates of the product portfolio. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, NDSI, among others). Identify improvements to procedures and checklists, ensuring standardization and consistency of information. Bachelor’s degree required.
