Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Supervisor to manage dialysis and dehumidification operations, coordinate teams, and oversee service and equipment quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in supervising and coordinating contracts and teams. 2. Management of the dialysis process and equipment maintenance. 3. Participation in strategic meetings and project development. **We are looking for a Contract Supervisor to perform duties relevant to this position.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Prepare, adjust, and operate dialysis and fluid dehumidification equipment;** **Supervise activities related to preparing, adjusting, and operating dialysis and fluid dehumidification equipment;** **Supervise, organize, coordinate, and control performed activities to ensure they meet the quality standards required by the client;** **Supervise the entire dialysis process—from scheduling and activity execution to delivery within the parameters required by the client;** **Professionals responsible for transporting documents or materials while ensuring vehicle safety; any anomalies must be reported immediately to the local supervisor;** **Supervise compliance with and control of vehicle and equipment maintenance;** **Responsible for participating in meetings related to the supervised contract;** **Participate in project development and implementation of new equipment designed by the engineering department;** **Perform minor corrective and preventive repairs (e.g., filter replacement, connections, and seals);** **Supervise compliance with workplace organization standards across team workfronts;** **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Driver’s License Category B.** **Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.** **Prior experience in this role, people management, or similar positions;** **Leadership, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication.** **Reside in Belo Horizonte or neighboring cities\- MG.** **Location and Schedule: Belo Horizonte \- MG \- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.** **Work Mode: On-site.** **Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract.** **Base salary \+ benefits.** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver’s license? * Do you have experience in people management?
