Job Summary: The professional will guide the team in operational activities, coordinate workflows, monitor equipment, and develop procedures, supporting leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Technical guidance and team coordination in operations. 2. Monitoring of equipment and operational processes. 3. Development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide technical guidance to the team on product handling, sampling, loading, transportation, and stacking activities. * Coordinate and monitor rail transshipment and loading operations. * Verify weighings and invoices, and monitor unloading activities. * Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and ensure documentation of evidence. * Monitor equipment refueling and the operation of screening equipment. * Complete reports, shift logs, and update performance indicators. * Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Identify and address non-conformities, operational risks, and plan workflow changes. * Support leadership in technical training and other terminal-related activities. **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed. * Proven experience in operational activities within Mining or Logistics sectors. * Solid knowledge of Occupational Safety regulations and risk perception. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report generation and indicator analysis. * Resilient leadership profile with strong communication skills and proactivity. * Availability for a 12x36 shift schedule (alternating between day and night shifts). * Preferred: Bachelor's degree or technical course in Logistics, Mining, or Engineering. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * Base Salary: BRL 2,405.34 + Bonus. * Variable Compensation: Average loading bonus (after 90 days of employment). * Attendance Bonus: BRL 690.00 (paid upon return from vacation). Work Schedule and Hours: * Shift Pattern: 12x36. * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (availability for both).
