Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing and monitoring logistics processes, issuing Electronic Freight Bills (CT-e), communicating with customers, and providing administrative support within the logistics department. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in logistics and freight forwarding is a plus. 2. Proficiency in Excel, tracking systems, and communication. 3. Opportunity to work on logistics process monitoring. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Fill out and update logistics control spreadsheets, ensuring information organization and reliability. * Issue Electronic Freight Bills (CT\-e), ensuring compliance with fiscal and operational regulations. * Monitor logistics processes with customers, tracking deadlines, pickups, deliveries, and any incidents. * Maintain constant communication with customers to align information and resolve operational requests. * Hire third-party service providers (freight carriers, drivers, affiliates) as required by operational needs. * Support the logistics team in administrative and operational routines of the department. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed high school (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable). **Experience:** * Previous experience in logistics and hands-on experience in freight forwarding. **Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of CT\-e issuance. * Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or similar). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Basic computer skills (Excel, tracking systems) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT), health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, meal allowance. **Salary:** R$ 2\.400,00 per month Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Logistics (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
