GENERAL SUPERVISOR

Description

* Monitor the execution of production processes, mapping bottlenecks and deficiencies in order to resolve or propose solutions; * Define the dosage, preparation, and use of raw materials for production; * Ensure the original conditions of machines and equipment (mechanical and electrical) are maintained and, upon identifying problems, assess and carry out appropriate actions; * Monitor testing of new materials and startup of new machines and equipment; * Monitor extrusion tests for approval of raw material receipt; * Conduct training for employees, aiming to keep them qualified and updated regarding operational standards and specifications; * Ensure that operational documents and standards are followed and that production records are carried out correctly; * Request raw materials and production supplies in the system, ensuring no production stoppages due to lack of supplies; * Manage headcount, ensuring it is aligned with demands, production scheduling, and forecasts; * Develop technical and practical assessments for production hiring processes; * Analyze and approve records and documents generated during the production process, as well as develop and maintain updated procedures and work instructions for the department; * Direct team activities, providing guidance on processes, offering support, and seeking means to ensure achievement of results; * Be responsible for the quality, reliability, confidentiality, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility; * Implement improvements according to area needs, aiming to meet company expectations regarding productivity, cost reduction, and result maximization; * Manage performance indicators and prepare management reports, aiming to gather information to serve as tools for achieving improvements and supporting management decisions; * Ensure optimal team performance in accordance with company policy, providing technical monitoring and guidance to fully meet business needs; * Participate in hiring, termination, attendance control, promotions, and other personnel processes, aiming at people management focused on excellence and reinforcement of company values; * Ensure that the team under their supervision participates in campaigns and actions related to occupational health and safety, environment, quality, and social responsibility; * Monitor internal and external inspections and audits, presenting documentation and providing information as requested by inspectors and auditors. * Stay updated on technological advancements related to their field of work, aiming for professional development and knowledge sharing; * Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized, aiming to maintain good working conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor
