**Detailed description:** * Receive, weigh and record the amount of scrap and sludge generated by production; * Perform analysis of the material to be shredded/recycled; * Store production scraps and feed the agglomerators; * Supply production with recycled materials and record material output; * Operate agglomerator and mill when necessary; * Control quality and inspect recycled materials; * Monitor inventory of recycled scraps; * Verify and control scrap entries from production; * Manage and remove dust and sweepings bags from the dosing center; * Monitor quantity of sweepings generated; * Collect and organize empty sacks, sludge and sweepings within production; * Collect non-conforming materials within production after evaluation by the quality department; * Request machinery maintenance when necessary; * Request materials to be used during the recycling process; * Generate manufacturing orders for materials sent to the production department; * Control and fill out forms used in the recycling department; * Assist in performing extrusion tests on received materials when necessary; * Generate scrap index charts; * Responsible for creating and closing scrap indicators; * Provide operational support to agglomerator operators and assistants; * Train team members involved in the recycling process; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of recycling areas and related zones.
