Job Summary: A professional responsible for fleet management, including maintenance control, mobilization/demobilization, performance analysis, and report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet preventive and corrective maintenance management 2. Process analysis and supplier qualification 3. Preparation of managerial reports and KPIs Responsibilities: * Control and management of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Responsible for fleet mobilization and demobilization, documentation, accessories, and equipment; * Preparation of managerial reports focused on performance indicators, fuel consumption, tires, and fleet washing; * Analysis and mapping of departmental processes, applying management tools; * Maintenance budget analysis; * Qualification of mechanical workshop service providers in strategic regions; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields * ERP system proficiency * Intermediate-level Office suite skills * Specific functional knowledge * Availability to work in Itatiaiuçu/MG * Willingness to travel Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
