Job Summary: The Mobilization Agent plans, organizes, and executes events and initiatives to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire customers, including driving the institution's vehicle for outreach and lectures. THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LEARNING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or the Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the scheduled hours. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4606\.75 **Unit:** Rua Diny Righetto Gerhard, access via BR 285 km 336 Ouro Preto \| Carazinho RS **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and initiatives to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire customers, driving the institution’s vehicle along assigned routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School (or higher education level). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion declaration. c) In case of higher education, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. Valid National Driver’s License, Category “D”. **Proof required:** Copy of valid driver’s license. Completion of specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within its validity period). **Proof required:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **Proof required:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital Work Card, showing identification details and employer registration, including start and end dates where applicable, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove the required experience; b) Or employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a description of performed activities; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), explicitly specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. Authorization to perform paid activities as indicated on the driver’s license. **Proof required:** Copy of valid driver’s license. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience in socioeducational campaigns. § Experience in customer service. § Experience in administrative routines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AT TIME OF HIRING:** Driver’s License Record for the last 12 months (document presentation and validation at time of hiring). Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided by: a) Copy of the driver’s license record certificate. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of Traffic Legislation and Occupational Safety. Hygiene and Environmental Protection. Basic understanding of Quality of Life Programs. Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
