Flexibility in working hours required to support drivers). **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning, coordination, and execution of transportation activities for produced goods. * Shipment scheduling and production scheduling definition (experience required in cargo volume calculation and route planning). * Negotiation with freight carriers and independent professionals, ensuring transportation quality and excellent customer service. * Delivery monitoring: communicate with drivers during delivery tracking professionally, objectively, and effectively. * Verification and feedback throughout the entire process, from order receipt to delivery. * Indicator development and analysis. **Technical Requirements:** * Logistics Technician or related field degree, with over 2 years of experience. * Over 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation companies. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Analytical skills. * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Availability and flexibility in working hours. * Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** \- Market-competitive salary; * Attendance-based food basket; * Productivity bonus.
