Key Challenges: **POSITION: PROCESS OPERATOR I** * **Key Responsibilities** * Operationalize beer fermentation and maturation process routines. * Perform yeast handling activities according to standards. * Assemble circuits (piping and tanks) for fermentation, maturation, and racking. * Execute and schedule tank and line cleaning. * Maintain equipment in good condition (minor repairs and maintenance). * Ensure compliance with operational specifications and quality standards. **Requirements** * Requirements: + Completed high school education. + Reside in Teresópolis, RJ, or nearby regions.
