Job Summary: The company is seeking an IT Technician to provide user support and maintain IT infrastructure, diagnose and resolve faults, and contribute to information security. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting IT infrastructure and information security routines **Position: IT Technician – Help Desk / Infrastructure** Our company is growing and seeking an IT Technician to strengthen our technology team, providing user support and maintaining infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities** · Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers; · Formatting, installing, and configuring operating systems and software; · Providing user technical support (on-site and remote) via ticketing system; · Installing and configuring network printers, folder sharing, and access control; · Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults; · Supporting IT infrastructure routines, including basic networking and structured cabling; · Managing IT assets and supporting information security practices; · Assisting with basic Windows Server / Active Directory (AD) administration; · Organizing, testing, and monitoring proprietary and third-party software, reporting issues when necessary. **Requirements** **· Valid driver's license required;** · Proficiency in Windows environments; · Experience with technical support and ticketing systems (e.g., GLPI); · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems; · Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; · Proactivity, organization, and responsibility; · Interest in staying updated on emerging technologies. **Education** Completed technical course in Computer Science, Computer Networks, IT Support, or related fields. **Desired Profile** We seek a committed, organized professional eager to learn and grow, capable of teamwork and actively contributing to continuous improvement of IT services.
