At Nidos, the Control Tower ensures flawless execution and profitability of every route. We seek someone with exceptional self-management skills, capable of independently solving problems and obsessed with data. **CRITICAL JOB INFORMATION** * **Work Model:** Hybrid (On-site \+ Remote as per schedule). * **Shift Hours:** Night shift. * **Schedule:** Includes mandatory **Saturdays and Sundays** (rotating weekday days off). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Execution Management (Nighttime Last Mile):** Real-time monitoring of drivers and routes. Ensuring SLA compliance during critical time windows. * **Evidence Control (Billing):** Ensuring 100% of nighttime deliveries have digital proof (photos/signed receipts). No evidence means no billing. * **Incident Auditing:** Validating returns and redeliveries during the early morning hours. Identifying failures to ensure accurate cost allocation to clients. * **Agile Driver Support:** Direct support via WhatsApp/DMS to resolve route and address issues. * **KPI Reporting:** Maintaining systems (WMS/TMS) and performance spreadsheets updated with surgical precision. **WHAT WE SEEK (REQUIREMENTS)** * **Intermediate Excel Skills:** Essential for cross-referencing freight data and generating end-of-shift reports. * **Autonomy:** Ability to make rapid decisions without constant direct supervision. * **Education:** Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (a plus). * **Communication:** Clarity in reporting shift incidents to the daytime team.
