We are looking for a **Facility Maintenance Assistant** to support the preservation, improvement, and optimal operation of our infrastructure. Then come join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems; * Support the assembly and installation of hydraulic systems (pipelines, sanitary ware, fittings, and finishes); * Conduct weekly bathroom inspections according to checklists, ensuring proper functionality and preservation of environments; * Review and monitor reservoir cleaning; * Carry out emergency repairs and improvements to hydraulic systems, using appropriate tools and PPE; * Perform minor civil maintenance tasks (masonry, painting, sealing, etc.); * Support civil construction activities focused on preserving and improving facility infrastructure; * Work with materials such as mortar, paints, waterproofing agents, glass, metal fittings, fiberglass, and resins; * Perform daily measurements and control of pH, flow rate, and temperature in the sewage treatment system; * Keep the environment clean and organized, preventing contamination; * Transport tools, equipment, furniture, and materials as needed; * Perform work at heights (above 2 meters), in compliance with NR\-35, using appropriate PPE and adhering to safety procedures; * Carry out minor metal repairs (cutting, sanding, basic welding, and assembly); * Perform cutting, drilling, and assembly of wood and MDF for furniture and internal structure maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in facility maintenance is a plus; * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electricity, and/or civil construction; * Proactive, organized profile with strong willingness to perform operational tasks.
