**Description and Responsibilities**

Join our network and build a career full of meaning. In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to institutional users regarding hardware and software—not only addressing technical issues but also answering questions and offering guidance on best practices for resource utilization, both on-site and/or remotely.
* Monitor the queue of pending service tickets, verifying priorities and escalations according to the scope of the request and/or demand.
* Execute processes such as problem management, incident management, request fulfillment, change management, performance monitoring, and fault detection (internet links, Wi-Fi networks, logical networks).
* Create and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of operational procedures, problem resolutions, and other relevant documentation.
* Support the maintenance of established procedures and policies, promoting information security policies.
* Conduct technical visits to units (Communities, Social Centers) for periodic or on-demand technical support and hardware and/or software maintenance.
* Assist in implementing operational and maintenance processes, following validation, planning, preparation, and service testing workflows.
* Provide on-site technical support for events (retreats, assemblies, training sessions, etc.), supporting the team in organizational and technical tasks.
* Participate in and engage with continuous professional development activities proposed by the Institution.
