If you meet the requirements below, apply for our selection process for the position of **Purchaser III – Projects (Construction/Furniture)**, focusing on strategic negotiations, supplier development, and support for expansion, implementation, and maintenance demands across Panvel Group’s units, working closely with our **Procurement** team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead strategic negotiations with construction companies for civil works contracts related to group units; * Negotiate with furniture and visual communication suppliers to meet implementation, renovation, and maintenance needs; * Identify market solutions ensuring competitiveness, quality, delivery timelines, and service levels; * Analyze costs, prepare comparative analyses, price-equalization maps, and track generated savings; * Manage the procurement process: requisitions, quotations, contracts, purchase order issuance via SAP, and execution follow-up; * Support new supplier development, monitor departmental KPIs (cost per m², furniture, visual communication), and collaborate with internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience in strategic procurement and negotiations; * Practical experience in civil construction, furniture, visual communication, and related services negotiations; * Knowledge of cost analysis, pricing, proposal equalization, and performance indicators; * Experience with SAP and intermediate Excel (Microsoft Office); * Fluent English and an analytical, proactive profile with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacies; * Employee Association with multiple partnerships; * Dental Plan; * Unimed Health Plan; * Mental Health Support; * Wellhub (Gympass); * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * On-site parking or chartered transportation; * Open English; * Birthday Day Off; * Childcare Assistance; * Extended Parental Leave. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Work Location:** * Eldorado do Sul/RS.
