Nilo Peçanha area. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in beverage preparation and customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee and hot/cold beverages according to house standards. * Operate espresso machines and other department equipment. * Provide friendly and efficient customer service. * Recommend products and deliver an outstanding consumer experience. * Organize and maintain workplace cleanliness. * Monitor supplies and assist in product restocking. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Barista or in café customer service (preferred). * Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing methods. * Strong communication skills and proficiency in public interaction. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Starting Salary: R$ 2.000,00.** * Transportation Allowance. * Meal Voucher: R$ 21.00 per day. * Outpatient Health Plan (available after 6 months of employment). * Employment Type: Direct CLT hire. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. * Location: On-site – **Nilo Peçanha Area (Porto Alegre/RS)**.
