Hotel seeks a Customer Service Agent in Porto Alegre (Center). **Responsibilities:** Sell accommodation and event services, provide general information to customers about hotel facilities and services, and negotiate rates based on pre\-established parameters. Quote and register reservations and events in the system, received through all online and offline sales channels; inform customers about available promotions and packages; forward confirmation of accommodations and events to customers; perform checklists and prepare contracts when necessary. Actively participate in sales meetings; monitor advance payments according to the hotel's policy for accommodations and events. Conduct technical visits to hotel venues during negotiations for events and accommodations; assist in customer service for events during their execution. Prepare proposals for accommodations and events; relay customer special requests to respective departments; respond to budget-related event inquiries from the hotel's website; and perform other activities relevant to the sales, reservations, and events department. Position is based in Porto Alegre / RS. Previous experience as a Customer Representative, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Consultant, or Support Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
