Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter incoming invoices into the system, ensuring accurate verification of information (values, taxes, quantities, and suppliers); * Process incoming invoices, ensuring products are properly registered in inventory; * Monitor and track invoice flow, from receipt through final system completion; * Cross\-check fiscal documents with purchase orders, identifying potential discrepancies; * Maintain organized physical and/or digital invoice records, ensuring easy access and traceability; * Track invoice-related pending items, coordinating with responsible departments (purchasing, finance, suppliers); * Assist in updating reports on goods receipt and inventory movements; * Support deadline and entry management, ensuring all invoices are recorded within the correct timeframe; * Contribute to organizing warehouse administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures; * Provide support during internal audits by preparing and making required documents available. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields); * Prior experience with administrative and warehouse routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of invoices (receipt, entry, and verification); * Easy access to the Eldorado do Sul region. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS — THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
