Its goal is to connect talents with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Monitor construction execution, verifying that works are carried out according to project plans, technical specifications, and schedule. Prepare and update measurements for completed services, both for internal control and contractor billing. Assist in project coordination, identifying interferences among disciplines (structural, electrical, hydraulic). Monitor technological control, reviewing material test results and compliance with technical standards. Participate in developing action plans to correct non-conformities identified during audits or site inspections. Prepare, under supervision, the monthly construction execution plan, defining targets, work fronts, and required resources. Participate in site organization, logistical planning, and equipment control. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Process Specialist, Quality Analyst, or Product Engineer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
