The Indirect Procurement organization is responsible for a broad scope of procurement—including professional services, information technology, logistics, maintenance, packaging, MRO, technical services and equipment—as well as governance of these processes. The Indirect Procurement team—which oversees sourcing for Professional Services, Logistics, Maintenance, Packaging, MRO, Technical Services and Equipment, and IT services—is an essential part of this transformation. We seek an ambitious and curious individual who wishes to join a diverse team and take responsibility for supporting the Procurement department in achieving world-class sourcing. **Position Description \| Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- * This role will be responsible for fulfilling industrial demands from departments such as Warehousing, Maintenance, and Engineering across our facilities—with emphasis on procuring stockable items, primarily mechanical materials—aligned with category strategies and aimed at ensuring high performance across organizational processes; * Will manage procurement portfolios, issue market quotation requests, prepare comparative quotation analyses, solicit and review technical assessments from requesters, issue purchase orders and contracts, and handle any necessary corrections; * Will initiate and update registrations, monitor and maintain systemic procurement processes with suppliers and internal customers, address process non-conformities with relevant departments to ensure adherence to procedures; * Must manage, negotiate, and formalize contracts—including amendments, claims, price adjustments, terminations, and notifications—and comply with company guidelines regarding supplier qualification and maintenance; * Will manage, evaluate, monitor, and drive improvements in supplier performance; assess and contribute to improving key performance indicators for their procurement portfolio; Utilize E-Procurement policies and tools; assess and develop new short- to medium-term supply sources. **Profile \| Education and Knowledge** -------------------------------------- * Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, ownership mentality, and respect for diversity; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of legal agreements; * Tax/Knowledge: Indirect Taxes (ST, Base Reduction, ICMS, IPI, LC 116); * Basic English proficiency preferred; * Familiarity with procurement and negotiation tools. **Contact Information** -------------------------- Talent Acquisition IMPORTANT: All career opportunities at Yara are managed exclusively by the Yara Brasil recruitment team.
