Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in the institutional segment, focused on ingredient sales, customer prospecting, and management of quality and efficiency indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work on ingredient sales in the institutional market. 2. Focus on prospecting new customers and managing the existing customer portfolio. 3. The position is on-site in Porto Alegre and São Paulo. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Achieve assigned sales targets; * Identify business opportunities; * Prospect new customers; * Follow up on post\-sales activities; * Serve as the interface between internal company departments and customers when necessary, addressing general requests; * Develop action plans for delivering products sold by the company; * Ensure achievement of sales targets, margin, and BDI goals for the organization. * Manage P\&L using available monitoring tools and reports for the department. * Continuously seek to increase sales, product mix, and margins for the company. * Visit customers to provide decision-support services for managerial decisions. * Create and monitor quality and efficiency indicators **Requirements and Qualifications** * Customer management and prospecting We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
