Job Summary: Administrative and logistics professional responsible for fleet control, service orders, inventory management, procurement support, and Excel usage. Key Highlights: 1. Support in identifying procurement needs **Responsibilities:** * Perform **fleet control** and track maintenance activities; * Manage and record **service orders (SO)**; * Conduct **inventory control** and physical inventory counts; * Support **procurement needs assessment**; * Use **Excel at intermediate level** for reporting and controls; * Collaborate with the logistics team on departmental tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative/logistics routines; * Proficiency in **intermediate Excel** (formulas, control spreadsheets); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Currently pursuing or completed a Technologist or Bachelor's degree in: Administration, Logistics, or Business Management. **Benefits:** * **Meal Voucher (VA)** * **Transportation Voucher (VT)** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Meal\-voucher * Transportation\-voucher Work Location: On-site
