If you are passionate about gastronomy, enjoy interacting with people, thrive in team environments, and possess the energy to delight and deliver results, this is a great opportunity! **Mission:** Produce and plate dishes according to Roister standards, and assist sous chefs in managing and executing team operations, kitchen processes, and cross-departmental workflows. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain and execute assigned station duties; * Monitor and schedule production counts; * Develop and control product quality; * Oversee routine maintenance for COGS and inventory controls; * Attend integration meetings and training sessions; * Participate in audits; * Assist in team management; * Be responsible for preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment; * Commit to teamwork and support colleagues whenever needed; * Perform other duties relevant to the role. Working Hours: 3:30 PM to 11:50 PM (Day off on Sundays) The company provides Uber rides at departure time.
