Challenging work environment Position: Shipping Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Shipping Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play an essential role in organizing and controlling our inventory, contributing to operational efficiency and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment of demands. Responsibilities: Goods Receipt: Inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure product quality, quantity, and integrity according to established standards. Storage and Organization: Strategically and efficiently organize and store products, maintaining orderly inventory and adhering to inventory control standards. Order Picking: Assist in order picking to fulfill internal or customer demands, ensuring agility, accuracy, and punctuality in service delivery. Inventory Control: Conduct physical inventory counts during periodic audits, record stock receipts and issues in the inventory management system, and monitor goods flow. Operational Support: Assist with packaging, labeling, material restocking, and maintaining workplace organization. Safety and Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring safety and compliance with internal occupational health and safety regulations. Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience in warehouse or logistics activities (a plus). Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to work collaboratively, proactively, diligently, and with a results-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines and goals. What We Offer: Salary Range: R$1.800,00 - R$2.000,00 per month.
