Your work will be essential for mediating pedagogical and social relationships in the classroom, supporting the use of adapted materials, and promoting student autonomy. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support the student in the classroom, ensuring comprehension of instructions and participation in activities proposed by the lead teacher. * Assist in applying adapted materials and differentiated strategies tailored to the student’s specific learning needs. * Encourage and support the development of student autonomy in academic, school-related, and self-care routines. * Collaborate closely with the lead teacher and pedagogical coordination, exchanging information regarding the student’s progress. * Assist in collecting data and observations for preparing evaluations and monitoring reports for the Individual Development Plan (IDP). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or Teacher Education programs. * Prior experience supporting inclusive students in a school environment. * Availability to work 30 hours per week, from 7:30 AM to 1:10 PM\. **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract * Health insurance through Centro Clínico Gaúcho * Dental insurance through Odontoplus * SESC membership card * Corporate University **How Our Selection Process Works:** All communication will occur via WhatsApp; therefore, please keep your mobile phone handy, as this will be our channel to inform you about upcoming stages!
