We are looking for **talented professionals** eager to accelerate alongside us—facing challenges and seeking new solutions within our Controller's Office Fiscal Team—and who are motivated to execute production-related processes with FuelTech’s standard of efficiency and quality! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Posting incoming fiscal documents, analyzing system-parameterized fiscal rules; * Monitoring indirect taxation and calculating credits and debits per current legislation; * Calculating, generating, and submitting ancillary obligations (SPED\-Fiscal, GIA, GIA\-ST, DEC\-Web, EFD Contributions, EFD\-Reinf, DCTF\-Web, PER/Dcomp, IBS, and CBS...); * Supporting systemic improvement projects through continuous testing based on current tax legislation and internal processes; * Assisting in gathering information for audits and tax inspections; * Providing tax support to customers, suppliers, and internal departments such as Sales and Procurement; * Generating and issuing Sales Invoices, Loan Agreements, Consignment Shipments, Service Invoices, and Customer/Supplier Returns; * Generating import fiscal invoices and commercial invoices; * Validating registration of new products, resold materials, and inputs, as well as registering applicable tax rules; * Implementing automated rules in the company’s ERP software (e.g., tax group registration, intelligent TES, NCM codes, taxable units, Tax Configuration Profiles...); * Supporting Accounting, Cost Management, FP\&A, Budgeting, and Finance departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience required in: * Indirect Taxes: ICMS, ICMS\-ST, IPI, PIS/Cofins, ISSQN, IBS, and CBS; * Withheld Taxes on Service Contracts: ISS, INSS, CSRF, IRRF; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields.
