A professional to assist international customers, manage orders, prepare shipping documentation, and explore new markets and partnerships.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Responsibilities:
Assist international customers by informing them of changes, product launches, and any other updates regarding the brand and products;
Perform other duties related to the position, as determined by immediate supervision;
Enter orders received via email and verify them with customers;
Forward orders to production;
Issue invoices to customers;
Prepare shipping documentation for classified cargo;
Prepare Certificates of Origin;
Send documentation to customers;
Maintain work equipment and tools in perfect condition and cleanliness, including keeping the workplace organized;
Keep customers updated on pricing and periodically verify price updates with management;
Negotiate payment terms and order details with customers;
Explore import opportunities for raw materials;
Explore new markets and partnerships;
Arrange quotations and logistics operations for order shipments;
Prepare all final documentation required for shipment and send documentation to customers.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in this role;
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or related fields;
Fluent Spanish and basic English
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily break.
