Key Responsibilities Commercial Management * Plan and execute strategies to achieve targets. * Monitor performance indicators (revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate). * Ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience. * Train and develop the sales team. Operational Management * Supervise store opening and closing procedures. * Manage inventory, stocktaking, and in-store merchandise replenishment. * Ensure store organization, strategic layout, and visual standards. * Monitor cash reports and expense control. * Ensure smooth overall operational functioning. People Management * Lead, motivate, and develop the team. * Deliver feedback and conduct performance evaluations. * Organize work schedules and monitor productivity. * Support hiring processes when necessary.
