Evaluate delivery and performance during the probationary period and throughout the contract term. Promote team feedback and development actions. Conduct training sessions and weekly meetings to align processes and goals. Monitor field activities to ensure procedural compliance. Implement corrective actions in response to anomalies in commercial processes. Ensure production targets through daily report analysis. Handle complaints received from Procon, Aneel, and the ombudsman within established deadlines. Act in accordance with internal policies and current legislation, ensuring safety and proper use of PPE. Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
