Recording of interactions and updating of registration data High School Internship **Stipend:** R$900 \+ Transportation Allowance (VT) 08:00–13:15 MON–SAT (15MIN BREAK) OR 13:17\-18:32 MON\-FRI, SAT 08:00\-13:15 (15MIN BREAK) **Responsibilities:** Assist in handling inbound WhatsApp customer service requests directed by AI; support analysis of automated interaction history to ensure continuity of contact; clarify inquiries regarding debts, contracts, and payment methods; support collection negotiations within defined policies and limits; record agreements, interactions, and information in the system; update customers' registration data; escalate specific cases to supervision when necessary; comply with internal regulations, LGPD, and best practices in collections. **Location:** AVENIDA DIARIO DE NOTICIAS, Cristal, Porto Alegre **Minimum Education Level:** Higher Education
