Job Summary: The Quality Analyst ensures the execution of tests, analyzing, developing, and maintaining best practices to guarantee product quality for end customers. Key Highlights: 1. Stores Ecosystem? Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a day-to-day basis: The Quality Analyst ensures test operations that impact product quality. Analyzes, develops, and maintains best practices to guarantee the quality of our products for end customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document and design quality solutions for Renner S.A. Stores in the laboratory; * Monitor internal and external inspections, conduct follow-up meetings on action plans, and deliver training related to Renner’s quality processes and best practices; * Plan and implement project timelines related to the area; * Analyze test indicators and requirements, create action plans, and identify improvement opportunities; * Conduct and analyze market research; * Provide support to interfacing areas; * Ensure quality requirements are followed according to business needs; * Develop communication plans and presentations for meetings and webinars; * Present project performance status; * Deliver training to internal and external customers on relevant processes and systems; * Prepare analytical reports on results; * Guide suppliers and product teams on next steps and possible improvements for the evaluated product. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; preferably in Textile Engineering; * Experience in project management; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Advanced/fluent English; * Experience in the activities described; * Organizational skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Retail fashion experience is desirable; * Spanish at intermediate/advanced level is desirable. **Additional Information** **\*\*Please remember to inform internal candidates that the application deadline is May 21, 2026\.** **Work Location: Porto Alegre\-RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days in the office and 1 day remote)** What excites you?
