If this way of working resonates with you, come join us. **Your responsibilities:** * Act as Technical Product Owner and Systems Analyst, bridging business, architecture, and development teams. * Collaborate with the architecture team to define architectural solutions. * Map existing services requiring modifications. * Identify and specify new services to be developed. * Prepare technical and functional specifications for the development team. * Oversee solution development, ensuring alignment with requirements. * Perform acceptance testing of deliverables (back\-end and mobile). * Map impacts on the current application and define adjustments with UX team support. * Monitor and validate mobile application enhancements. * Define and track work plans autonomously, with delivery-oriented vision. * Ensure platform integration (Legacy and New) throughout the migration process. **What we’re looking for:** * Experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or hybrid profile. * Experience gathering requirements and preparing technical specifications. * Hands-on experience with integrations and system architecture (APIs, services, backend). * Experience overseeing development and system acceptance testing. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Architecture, UX, Development). * Strong analytical skills to handle complex integration and migration scenarios. * Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between technical and business areas. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Experience with system migration projects (Legacy* New platform). * Mobile application experience. * Knowledge of distributed architectures and complex integrations. * Experience in highly critical environments with continuous operations. **Work location:** * This is a hybrid position, based at our client’s office in Porto Alegre. **Employment modalities:** * Cooperative **Benefits of being a Zallper:** Wellhub Access to gyms, physical activities, and wellness programs.
