Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality standards and procedures.**Requirements** -------------- Academic Qualification / Preferred: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or Logistics with emphasis on Transportation and Supply Chain. Experience / Knowledge in the Role / Preferred: Experience in manufacturing environments (dispatch and/or packing) / People management skills. Skills / Preferred: Leadership, decision-making, teamwork, conflict resolution, negotiation, flexibility, communication, personal presentation, interpersonal relationships, organization.**Responsibilities** --------------------- • Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) concepts and regulations; • Manage team personnel and all related HR processes; • Supervise Operations Leaders’ activities; • Monitor and ensure area organization and cleanliness; • Develop operational procedures for each process; • Interface with customers, attend meetings, and provide process-related information; • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement corrective actions when targets are not met; • Pursue continuous process improvement; • Prepare managerial reports upon request; • Ensure compliance with SHE concepts and regulations; • Apply disciplinary actions when necessary; • Issue Work Permits (PT), where applicable; • Submit Incident Reports per safety procedures; • Initiate and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CAPA) for high-potential incidents and accidents; • Ensure achievement of DHL and customer KPIs; • Ensure customer satisfaction; • Ensure implementation of DHL Corporate Programs; • Support internal and external audits; • Support internal and external audits; • Ensure proper functioning of DHL Procurement processes; • Serve as backup for the Operations Supervisor when required; • Conduct DDSSMA; • Deliver operational training; • Ensure achievement of Performance Evaluation objectives.
