Support in financial routines ### **Administrative Assistant (Porto Alegre/RS)** **About the position:** We are looking for an organized and attentive professional to join our administrative team in the **Juca Batista** area of Porto Alegre/RS. The professional will be responsible for operational and financial support at the unit. **Main responsibilities:** * Issue and record **invoices**. * Organize and control **administrative documents** and archiving. * Provide support in **financial routines** (accounts payable and receivable). * Handle telephone inquiries and provide support to internal customers. * Maintain **spreadsheet control** and update internal systems. * Perform document verification and support other company requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are a plus). * **Knowledge of invoice issuance**. * Basic computer skills (**Microsoft Office Suite**). * Proactive, punctual profile with strong organizational ability. **Compensation and benefits:** * **Salary: R$ 1.812,95**. * Meal Allowance: **R$ 600.00**. * Transportation Voucher. * Employment Type: **Permanent CLT Contract**. **Schedule and location:** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from **09:00 AM to 5:20 PM**. * Location: On-site – **Juca Batista (Porto Alegre/RS)**. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
