**Position: Administrative and Financial Assistant (CLT)**
**Location:** Porto Alegre – RS
**Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT
**Compensation:** **R$ 2\.200,00 fixed** \+ **performance-based variable pay tied to team goals** (estimated between **R$ 800 to R$ 1\.300**)

**Job Description**
We are looking for an organized and proactive **Administrative and Financial Assistant**, with **knowledge of financial and administrative routines**, to join our team. The company is currently **expanding, revising processes, and building its team**, focusing on continuous improvement and internal development. The professional will primarily handle **Accounts Receivable**, while also supporting HR administrative tasks and serving as **backup for Accounts Payable.**
**Main Responsibilities**
✔ Handle **Accounts Receivable** routines, including issuing invoices, tracking receipts, monitoring due dates, and following up on outstanding items.
✔ Contact clients for financial discussions, including professional and strategic collection of overdue payments.
✔ Manage, monitor, and clear receivables from the portfolio, ensuring accurate reconciliation of received amounts.
✔ Perform billing activities, issuing invoices upon order release and according to internal procedures, and send billing documents to clients.
✔ Serve as backup for Accounts Payable when required, ensuring continuity of departmental operations.
✔ Support HR administrative routines, such as document organization, database updates, and team support activities.
✔ Assist in accounting closing routines, including bank statement verification, data entry, and information validation.
✔ Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and systems, ensuring data organization and reliability.
✔ Perform various administrative support tasks, file organization, and process standardization.
✔ Contribute to internal process improvements and structuring, aligning with the company’s growth and expansion.
**Requirements**
✔ Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Human Resources, or related fields preferred, either in progress or completed).
✔ **Experience in financial and administrative routines**, particularly in Accounts Receivable and issuance of fiscal documents.
✔ Basic knowledge of Human Resources routines.
✔ Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and familiarity with ERP or management systems.
✔ Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
