Production of creative content for internal channels ### **Join South System and Take Off!** We are looking for an Endomarketing Analyst to board our spacecraft and, together, propel people and businesses through innovation. #### **Endomarketing Analyst** #### **Location: On-site** **Responsibilities**: * Develop, plan, and execute **endomarketing campaigns** aligned with internal communication strategy; * Manage the **annual calendar of internal initiatives**, including commemorative dates, culture campaigns, and corporate events; * Produce **creative content** for internal channels (e\-mail marketing, intranet, digital bulletin boards, Sharepoint \- Microsoft Teams, etc); * Support the **execution of online and on-site events** for employees; * **Strengthen organizational culture** and foster a sense of belonging; * Build and monitor **performance reports** for internal initiatives (engagement, reach, climate, and feedback); * Collaborate on **Employer Branding and EVP (Employee Value Proposition)** projects; * Create and manage **institutional and cultural content** for **corporate social media**, showcasing daily operations and behind-the-scenes activities; * Monitor **engagement metrics** across social platforms and partner with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree or ongoing studies in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in **endomarketing, internal communication**, or **corporate social media**; * Strong writing skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset for communication; * Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments; * Familiarity with basic **design tools (Canva), Mailchimp**, and **engagement metrics** is desirable. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proactivity in proposing new ideas and communication formats; * Attention to employer branding and passion for crafting positive experiences. **Differentiating Benefits:** * Access to courses and certifications on **Udemy**, curated and guided by the Business Partner team. * **Remote work allowance** to enhance your daily comfort. * **Financial education** support for economic well-being. * **Flash Card.** Interested in this opportunity?
