Job Summary: This opportunity is to join our Content team, working with technological products that support Higher Education Institutions in developing undergraduate and postgraduate distance learning courses. This opportunity is to join our Content team, working with technological products that support Higher Education Institutions in developing undergraduate and postgraduate distance learning courses. Incredible, right? **Check out the details below and help us deliver transformative educational experiences!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and manage third-party teams’ activities/agendas (technical reviewers, subject-matter professors, graphic designers, instructional designers), verifying established deadlines and negotiating activity deliveries according to the production schedule. * Develop and update reports and spreadsheets for different hubs. * Support project hubs: prospecting, training, and academic support. Maintain active relationships with third-party teams and, occasionally, with Higher Education Institutions. * Prepare and send various documents related to content production (e.g., certificate issuance). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills; * Interpersonal skills; * Proactivity; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and dynamism; * Ease of interpersonal interaction and teamwork; It’s a plus if you: * Have experience in the education field and/or supporting professors; **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * Meal allowance, food voucher, and transportation voucher. * We care about your health!
