Inbramed, the leading manufacturer of ergometric equipment, is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our Technical Support team. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Serving customers (phone, WhatsApp, and email) with excellence and empathy. * Performing comprehensive technical support protocols: opening, tracking, completing, and closing service orders (SOs). * Issuing service invoices. * Sending proposals. * Managing the entry, exit, and status of technical support services provided for medical/ergometric equipment. * Providing administrative support to the technical team and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Contributing to maintaining Inbramed’s high-quality standards in the domestic market. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience in customer service. * Experience in technical support protocols or in filling out/managing service orders in technical support (electronics, medical equipment, or similar). Preferred Qualifications: * Strong written communication skills. * Experience issuing service invoices. * Residing in Porto Alegre or its metropolitan area.
