Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for assigning and monitoring tasks, ensuring productivity and site organization, interpreting project drawings, and verifying execution in accordance with the plan. Interpretation of project drawings and verification of execution Main Responsibilities: * Assign tasks to masons, laborers, carpenters, rebar workers, etc. * Monitor service execution. * Ensure productivity and site organization. * Interpret architectural, structural, hydraulic, and electrical project drawings. * Clarify technical details for the team. * Verify that services are being executed according to the project. * Check alignment, plumb, level, and finishing. * Prevent rework. * Inspect material deliveries. * Request replacements when necessary. * Prevent waste. * Monitor the construction physical schedule. * Report delays to the civil engineer or foreman. * Ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with safety regulations. * Prevent accidents on site. * Report construction progress to the civil engineer or technical supervisor. * Report technical or operational issues.
