We seek an organized professional with experience in team management and a strong focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring delivery quality. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor the execution of construction, renovation, and maintenance work. * Manage and guide field work teams. * Ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Conduct planning, control, and monitoring of site activities. * Monitor progress of work and report activity status. * Support the organization of operational and administrative routines on site. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related fields. * Experience in **construction management and supervision**. * Experience in **building or industrial renovation and maintenance**. * Knowledge of **construction planning and monitoring**. * Experience in **field team management**. * **Willingness to travel.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with construction planning and control systems. * Experience in schedule management and productivity control.
