JOB MISSION: A professional responsible for contributing to ensuring the quality and excellence of software products by performing tests, identifying issues, and collaborating in the continuous improvement of development processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement, and maintain software quality control processes to ensure software products comply with quality standards; Conduct quality analyses across all phases of the software lifecycle, from planning to testing; Create and execute test plans to ensure software meets customer requirements and is free of defects; Detect and log software defects, communicate findings to developers, and manage the issue resolution process; Identify and implement improvements to software quality processes to increase software development efficiency and effectiveness. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ For internal employees: Minimum of 1 year with the company; Substantial experience in software testing and automation; Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Fundamental knowledge of software testing and automation; Familiarity with test automation tools; Familiarity with agile methodologies and development processes; In case of no undergraduate degree, relevant certifications in the field are required. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance Health Insurance Senff Health Plan Profit Sharing (PLR) Flexible Benefits Card (Vale Flex) Life Insurance Payroll-Deductible Loan Meal Allowance Dental Plan Childcare Assistance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Av.
