Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for programming, testing, and maintaining computer software programs, using requirements gathering and system analysts' analyses as supporting inputs. Key Highlights: 1. Programming, testing, and maintenance of computer software programs 2. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 3. Experience with georeferenced databases and GeoServer/ArcGIS APIs Orbital Remote Sensing (satellite imagery) and its processing; Aerial Photogrammetry and Laser Profiling (LiDAR); Multifunctional Technical Registers (urban and rural); Thematic Mapping (land use and occupation, and others); Surveying and Geodesy; Geographic Information Systems (supply, development, and support); Training. We are seeking a Junior Programmer responsible for programming, testing, and maintaining computer software programs, using requirements gathering and system analysts' analyses as supporting inputs. REQUIREMENTS Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; Intermediate English proficiency; Basic knowledge of Ruby on Rails; Intermediate knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; Intermediate knowledge of frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue; Advanced knowledge of React or React Native; Knowledge of configuration and usage of GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server tools; Familiarity with APIs for communication with GeoServer and/or ArcGIS Server; Experience with georeferenced databases, particularly PostGIS; Experience with the OpenLayers or Leaflet libraries. Professional profile: proactive, helpful, and eager to continuously acquire new knowledge.
