Execute S&OP and S&OE processes and resolve operational issues Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Production Management, or related fields; * Industrial experience and prior experience coordinating PCP activities; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * ERP system experience is desirable; * Advanced English with conversational fluency. * Coordinate the Production Planning and Materials team. * Promote accurate planning and scheduling. * Align with the Commercial department to define the demand plan. * Collaborate with the team and manager to execute S\&OP and S\&OE. * Collaborate with the team on maintenance and creation of BOM (Bill of Materials) and production routings. * Collaborate with the team on registration of direct and indirect materials. * Take action jointly with the team and cross-functional areas (production, quality, R\&D, commercial, and IT) to resolve daily operational issues, focusing on customer satisfaction. 2512250202491826449
