Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for:** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Providing user support via phone, remote access, or in person; logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to appropriate resolver groups when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms; guiding and training users when required; * Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange email, Lotus Notes, user profiles, VPN installation, Active Directory, and IP configuration; Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Required expertise:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB (Network Load Balancing); * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer networking; * Basic information security concepts. **Preferred qualifications:** * CITRIX experience; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working hours:** * **** **NOTE:** Hey!
