




Job Summary: As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting clients, resolving inquiries and systemic incidents, creating documentation, and delivering training on our platform. As a Support Analyst, you will assist both internal and external clients, resolving inquiries and systemic incidents while ensuring a positive client experience.
