Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Providing user support via phone, remote access, or in-person assistance; logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to appropriate resolution teams when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and optimal performance of client platforms; guiding and training users when required; * Conducting requirement analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * Performing directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange/Lotus Notes email accounts, setting up user profiles, installing VPNs, and configuring Active Directory and IP settings; Conducting requirement analysis, development, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Required knowledge:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB (Network Load Balancing); * IIS; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications** * CITRIX knowledge; * ITIL certification; * MCITP: EA or MCSE certification. **Working hours** * **Mon. to Fri., 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **NOTE:** Hey!
