Responsibilities: \- Identify development needs in collaboration with leaders and departments across the company; \- Plan and execute technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs; \- Organize internal and external training sessions, managing schedules, budgets, and KPIs; \- Monitor the effectiveness of Training & Development (T&D) programs and propose continuous improvements; \- Support the implementation and maintenance of development pathways and career plans; \- Lead onboarding activities for new employees and organizational culture initiatives; \- Manage training partners and vendors, ensuring quality and alignment with business needs; \- Support performance evaluation cycles and employee engagement initiatives; \- Generate T&D KPI reports to support decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; Proven experience in Training & Development, preferably within dynamic environments; Knowledge of learning methodologies (in-person and digital); Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to lead group activities. Use the RH Gestor system to register, control, and monitor training sessions and performance evaluations. Desirable: Experience in climate and engagement management; Background working in technology, betting, or startup companies; Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to HR; Certification in behavioral assessment tools (DISC, MBTI, PDA, etc.); Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools.
